Those applying for Canadian Citizenship require the CO and EO parts only.

The TEF Canada, used to assess your oral and written competencies in French, consists of 4 modules.
Those applying for Citizenship require both the Compréhension Oral and the Expression Orale at a B1 (Intermediate) level.
Applications for Permanent Residency through Canada require all four modules of the exam. taken on the same day.

Candidates must respect a 31-day waiting period between exam dates to do a re-take of the exam.
