Group Course Cancellation
Courses of four (4) weeks or less

  • There is no refund available

  • The transferable amount will be based on the balance of unused fees.
  • Transferable fees may be applied to other POINT3 services.

  • The refunded amount will be based on the balance of unused fees.
  • In addition to non-refundable fees, a 6% processing fee will be charged on refundable amounts
  • Refundable fees may be transferred to other POINT3 services.

Private Lesson Cancellation

  • Classes may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 working hours’ notice prior to the scheduled class time. Please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as well as to your teacher in CC.
  • Private course cancellation requests must be made in writing a minimum of one week (7 days) prior to the following scheduled lesson.
  • All refunds will incur a 6% processing fee on refundable amounts.
  • Private lessons put on hold must be requested in writing.
  • Private lessons put on hold must be taken within 3 months from the last class taken otherwise a refund will be issued with a $50.00 fee + 6% processing fee on refundable amounts.

Changes to Exam Registrations

  • No changes are possible once the invoice has been paid.
  • A 75$ fee will apply to any request for modification, including, but not limited to :
    • ■ Medical / emergency reasons (justification paper required)
      ■ 30-day wait time not respected for a re-take (non-carence)
      ■ Errors upon registration
      ■ Changes to competencies
  • Absolutely no changes possible 8 working days or less prior to the test date.
