Group Course Cancellations

• Courses may be cancelled with a written notice a minimum of two weeks (14 days) prior to the start date.

• There are no refunds on courses if the request is made less than 14 days prior to the start of the class.

• All refunds will incur a 4% administrative fee.

Private Lesson Cancellation

• Classes may be rescheduled with a minimum of a 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled class time.

• Classes must be taken within 6 months from the last class taken.

• Private lesson cancellation requests must be made in writing a minimum of one week (7 days) prior to the following scheduled lesson.

• All refunds will incur a 4% administrative fee.

Exam Cancellation

• All exam registrations are final and non-refundable.

• Changes to exam dates or competencies may be possible if received in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to the exam date (some conditions apply). No changes are possible after this time.

• All changes will incur a $50.00 administrative fee.
